These terms apply when you use stryvar.com.au and will govern online orders once payment and delivery setup is complete. Australian Consumer Law continues to apply.

About these terms
These terms apply when you browse or otherwise use this website. Once online ordering is enabled, they will also apply to purchases from Stryvar. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use any selected payment method.
Current store status
Checkout is still being configured.
The cart can hold products, but Stryvar is not currently accepting payment or completed online orders. Delivery methods, charges and payment options will be published before ordering is enabled.
Listings and labels
Product information
We aim to keep product names, images, ingredients, quantities, prices and availability accurate. Packaging can change. Read the physical label before use and contact Stryvar if the delivered item does not match the listing.
AUD pricing
Pricing and order acceptance
Website prices are shown in Australian dollars. Once checkout is enabled, shipping and the final total will be displayed before an order is submitted. An order will be accepted when Stryvar sends an order confirmation. Stryvar may cancel and refund an accepted order affected by a clear pricing error, unavailable stock or suspected fraud.
Payment
Payment methods
No payment gateway is currently enabled. Once payment is available, the accepted methods will be shown at checkout and providers may apply their own terms. Stryvar does not intend to store complete card details in the website database.
Delivery
Shipping
Shipping methods and charges are still being configured. Once ordering is enabled, available destinations, delivery options, charges and any estimates will be shown before an order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Consumer remedies
Returns and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded. Read the Returns and Refunds Policy for the support process.

Website content is general product information, not personal medical advice. Always read the label and use as directed. Supplements should not replace a varied diet. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, collect personal information without authority or use Stryvar material in a misleading way. Product names, copy, design and images remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

To the extent permitted by law, Stryvar is not responsible for indirect loss arising from website use. This does not limit liability or remedies that cannot be limited under Australian law.
