Privacy Policy
How Stryvar handles personal information when you browse, use the cart, contact support or place an order after online checkout is enabled.
Data you provide or generate
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, Stryvar may collect your name, email address, phone number, support messages, cart activity, IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and records of interactions with the store. If checkout is enabled and you place an order, billing and delivery details and order records may also be collected.
Sources
How information is collected
Information may come directly from forms, cart or future checkout interactions; automatically through essential website technologies; or from providers involved in hosting, payment, delivery, fraud prevention and support.
Purpose
Why we use information
Stryvar uses personal information to operate the website and cart, answer support requests, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Once online ordering is enabled, information may also be used to process, deliver and support orders and returns.
Current store status
No online payment is currently accepted.
Payment and delivery methods are still being configured. This policy will be reviewed if checkout providers or information-handling practices materially change.
Future checkout
Payments
Once enabled, payment information will be handled by the payment method selected at checkout. Stryvar may receive transaction details needed to confirm and support an order but does not intend to store complete card numbers in the website database.
Site technology
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support the cart, session and website operation. Stryvar uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, configured without analytics cookies, to understand aggregate visits, page views, referral sources and basic browser or device information. Ahrefs may receive technical data such as an IP address to provide and secure the service.
Stryvar also uses Arvow for search-optimisation and publishing workflows.
Service providers
Who may receive information
Stryvar may share only the information needed with website-hosting, payment, fulfilment, delivery, email, IT-security, analytics and professional-service providers, and with authorities when required by law. Stryvar does not sell personal information.
Location
Overseas processing
Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia. The countries involved depend on the providers used at the time. Contact Stryvar if you need current details about an overseas disclosure relevant to your information.
Storage
Retention and security
Stryvar keeps information only for as long as reasonably needed for support, records, dispute handling, security and legal obligations. Once online ordering is enabled, this may also include order and return records. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your information
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct personal information Stryvar holds about you. Use the support form, select “Privacy request” and provide enough detail to identify the relevant records.
